Housekeeping:
Towels and sheets are changed and apartments are cleaned once a week, on Saturdays between 10:00 and 14:00.
Housekeeping will visit to tidy rooms if vacant by 10:30 in the morning.
We ask that you leave towels on the floor when you want these changed.
Complimentary toiletries and hairdryers are provided in the bathrooms.
Television volume:
Guests are asked to keep televisions and any music systems to a volume that maintains the quiet, harmonious environment of our hotel, particularly during resting hours: between 14:00 and 16:00 and then from 23:00 to 09:00.
Internet:
We provide free Wi-Fi, which is available all over the premises.
Keys:
If keys are lost, you will be charged for the cost of changing the locks.
THEFT AND LOSS:
The management are not responsible for the theft or loss of objects left unattended on the site.
Parking:
The cark park is not supervised. Even though we believe your vehicles will be safe, we recommend that you lock them for safety.
Pets:
Small dogs, cats, parrots, rabbits and other pets are always welcome at our holiday farmhouse, but please prevent them from jumping on the sofas and beds. Out of respect for other guests, and in order to uphold hygiene and health standards and make sure everyone is safe, we don’t allow pets to enter the pool area. Animals must be kept on leads in the area around the apartments.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside apartments.
Recycling:
We recycle here at our holiday farmhouse so ask that our guests use the containers provided.
Recycling bins are located on the public road outside, immediately to the right of our private street.
There are bins for smaller rubbish in the car park.
Using the electric hob:
The electric hobs are turned on and off using the buttons on the hobs. Please take care, especially when children around, because the hobs remain hot for a few minutes after being turned off. Do not turn on the hob and the dishwasher at the same time.
Additional heating and open flames:
The use of additional heating devices, irons and open flames is prohibited in the rooms.
Dishwasher:
Instructions for using the dishwashers can be found on the top of the inside of the compartment.
Electric safe:
Follow these simple instructions to use the safe.
To set a code:
1 – Press R
2 – Type in a four-digit code (e.g. 1234)
3 – Press * (three beeps will confirm that the code has been saved)
To open the safe
1 – Press R
2 – Type in your code
To close the safe
1 – Press R
2 – Press *
Please leave the safe open at the end of your stay.
Heating and air-conditioning:
We keep the holiday farmhouse at an ideal temperature, in accordance with relevant legislation. This temperature can be altered by turning the thermostat.
In order to avoid excessive energy usage and to optimize the efficiency of the system, we ask you to ensure that windows and doors are closed with the system is working, especially when you are not in your rooms.
Crockery:
We ask that guests do not leave crockery outside of the apartments and that they put them back after any communal lunches.
There is a kettle/teapot in the room.
Laundry:
Guests of our holiday farmhouse have access to a washing machine, iron and ironing board and drying racks.
It’s free to use the laundry facilities, but we do not provide detergent.
Washing machine instructions:
Place the detergent in the compartment and choose your desired temperature by turning the knob clockwise, then press ON. A red light will come on to indicate that the washing machine is working. Anti-limescale must be used with every wash. At the end of the washing cycle, wait three minutes before opening the door.
Ironing instructions
Plug in the iron and press the on/off button. Please use demineralized water.

Guests are kindly asked not to hang laundry out of the windows to dry.
Extra beds and cots:
With enough notice, we can provide extra beds or cots.
Extra beds are only available in three- or four-bed apartments.
Notifying us of breakages:
Guests are kindly asked to notify us of any accidental breakages that occur during their stay.
Breakages will be charged at cost price.
Notifying us of malfunctioning equipment and other issues:
We would appreciate it if you notify us of any malfunctioning equipment or other issues as soon as possible, as this will help us to improve our service.
Out of respect for everyone:
We invite our guests to behave in a way that respects the peace and quiet of other guests, especially during rest times at both day and night.
Guests must respect the premises, equipment and furniture at the holiday farmhouse.
It is prohibited to allow other people not staying at the holiday farmhouse into the rooms or communal areas, unless agreed in advance.
We also ask that you are respectful of the environment and any animals and keep waste to a minimum.
Some of the areas in the holiday farmhouse are out of bounds or closed. For the safety of everyone, we ask that you comply with signs.
Children must ALWAYS be accompanied by a responsible adult when at the holiday farmhouse. The management declines all responsibility for accidents involving children left unattended.
The management reserves the right to request compensation for damage to animals, plants, objects, furniture and equipment.
